Ola Electric is gearing up for the August 15 launch
Aggarwal and Ola Electric's official Twitter accounts have been posting hints about the August 15th launch. In one of the most recent teasers, it says, “On August 15, we'll show you the greenest EV we've ever made! Any guesses?”.
Ola might be talking about a two-wheeler EV or a four-wheeler EV, but it's not clear. It could be both. The name “greenest EV” suggests that it is the most eco-friendly and electric car.

Ola Electric to launch the ‘greenest EV
A few days ago, Aggarwal tweeted a poll asking what people could expect at the launch on August 15. It was one of the signs that an Ola S1 Pro with a lower price might be coming out on August 15, along with other products. A tweet asked, “What do Paalak Paneer, Hulk, Forest, and the Ola S1 Pro have in common?”
This is another sign that the S1 Pro has been tuned up. It was accompanied by the hashtag “#EndICEage,” where ICE stands for “Internal Combustion Engines,” since EVs don't use ICE and instead run on batteries.
Even though Ola shared a teaser video showing the back and front of the upcoming Ola Electric Car, it is still unclear if it will be released on August 15 or not. The launch event will be live-streamed online, but you will have to wait for the official Livestream link to arrive. At the August 15 launch event, Ola will also talk about its plans for the future, such as the 1,000-acre cell factory it is building in the future.
